History: She grew up in Petalburg City in Hoen where she met Haley and Alice.She moved to Jubilife City in Sinnoh when she was 8. Her father left to travel leaving her, her mother and her twin sisters. She left with her Eevee that her father gave her and went on a journey to be the best gym leader.
Personality: Kind to everyone. If someone needed help she would give it, without any thoughts to herself. She cares a lot for her friends and pokemon and doesn't want them to get hurt. She considers her friends her family. She is mostly happy but sometimes if something really upsets her she shuts herself off from other people until she's happy again, only Midnight, Haley or Alice can snap her out of it. She can sometimes have a short temper. When she's cooled down she apologizes and is quiet until she's sure she's forgiven.

A herd of Ponyta stampeded and Poppy was caught in the middle of it. One Ponyta stopped beside her and let her get on her back. Once she got out of the stampede Poppy caught her.

As a Swablu she was abandoned by her flock and left to freeze on Mt Cornet. Poppy found her and kept her warm long enough to get to a Pokemon Center almost freezing herself in the process. When she was better she willingly became Poppy's pokemon

Poppy was swimming when she saw a Finneon trapped in a fish net. She let it go and it battled her. Midnight (as a Eevee) saw this and tackled her. Poppy quickly caught her in a net ball.

Poppy was sleeping in the forest when a Riolu can and stole some of her food. Light Fang (as a Luxio) woke up and chased him. The Riolu fought him but lost. Poppy woke up to see Light Fang clawing at him even though he'd fainted. She called him off and tended to Riolu's wound. When he woke up he quickly ran off and Poppy did not stop him. Later that evening he returned to be her pokemon because he saw she was a fit master. Ever since he and Light Fang have had a rivalry
